Hopefully, youre drinking more water, reading food labels and keeping a food journal. Are you wondering how you should cut some of the calories you are consuming? Have you looked at your portions? Do you think you know how much 1 cup or 1/4 a cup is? Unless you are actually measuring, you might suffer from portion distortion. I have personally learned that sometimes my measurements are wrong. Therefore, here are my suggestions for today. If you cont have some already, purchase some measuring spoons/cups, you can get a simple set from dollar store. Try measuring your food before you eat so you can see how you are really eating.hondrocream мнения

Definitely one of my challenges but I am sure it can be
I know I could do a MUCH better job of analysing portion
sizes. The visual cues like a meat serving is about the size of
a deck of cards certainly helps and Id like to focus more of my
healthy eating habits on maintaining proper portion sizes. Thanks
for the reminder to keep a close eye on how much I eat.
